Refund policy

I. Acceptance

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of www.fashionejewelry.com , including the Buyer and www.fashionejewelry.com (the Supplier).

5. After the buyer successfully applies for the return of the goods, the items to be sent back with the goods include but not limited to the original packaging, warranty card, accessories, gifts of goods, etc.


II. Exclusion of this clause
Any goods not sold through an order placed by www.fashionejewelry.com ;
The quality of the goods caused by the buyer's own actions such as misuse, collision, negligence, alteration, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, etc;

III. Return and refund scenarios
1. The goods are not delivered/not received according to the agreed time limit
If the non-delivery/non-receipt of goods in accordance with the agreed time limit is caused by www.fashionejewelry.com , the buyer has the right to request compensation from the supplier (return for refund/exchange/other compensation options), and if you need to send back the goods, the original packaging, warranty card, accessories, and gifts of goods should be sent back with the goods, and the shipping cost should be borne by www.fashionejewelry.com .
2. Incorrect goods / quality problems

3. Uncontrollable factors

4. Buyer's own reasons
The buyer's personal reasons (e.g., the goods are not at home when they arrive, the delivery address is incorrect, the buyer has changed the order information, the buyer's own choice of logistics agency caused by the delay, etc.), resulting in the failure to deliver on time.
5. Third party logistics reasons
In the case where www.fashionejewelry.com is responsible for choosing the logistics agency, www.fashionejewelry.com has delivered the goods to the third party logistics agency as promised, but the goods are not delivered on time due to the logistics agency.

IV. Refund costs

V. Refund time frame and return account
